Is a Race Night Legal?

Yes!
Providing you stay within the conditions of the Lotteries and Amusements act 1976 (Amusements with Prizes) for which no Licence is required.
A quick check on the the Department for Culture Media and Sports own web site on the subject will put your mind at rest. Here

How much float will we need

A Lot more than you think
If 100 guests all turn up with a £20 note you would need £2000 in change!!
You don't usually need that much, but you will need at least £200 for 100 people.

Will you provide the Race Cards?

Yes
Provided you email us the Horse Names, Owners and Sponsors at least 7 days before your event.
If you miss that deadline you can still call us to see if we can help.

Will you want any of the Tote Money?

No
Unlike some Race Night Operators we work on a Fixed Fee Basis, What we Quote will be all you Pay.

I Have heard about things like "Tri Cast", "Forecast", "Dual Forecast", and "Lucky Dips", What are they?

For the Regular Race Nighters we can provide all the paperwork for the added bets etc. Just Ask at the time of booking, if you don't understand then steer clear.

What's the best food to have?

Delivered Fish and Chips or Pizza is easy but if you want to keep the costs down providing a Ploughmans or Curry and Rice is not too difficult.
For a really cheap and easy option let people bring their own Picnic.
